Cary & Rosemary Wadle, Our Senior Pastor

Pastor Cary became our pastor in March of 2003. He came to us with 18 years of full time ministry and a wonderful heart for the Lord, for people and for the world!

His heart and passion are to bring out the greatness in people! He loves doing this by sharing “real” & “relevent” messages that impact our lives for the Kingdom of God, as well as providing an atmosphere of worship that allows Jesus to do all He wants to do in and through our each life! Pastor Cary & Rose have a deep heart, love and passion for building people and their  lives are 100% about building His kingdom in those people!

Pastor Cary and Rose met at Lighthouse and were married September 2nd, 2007. In September of 2008 they were blessed with their twin boys, John & Sam. Together, they bring a lot of heart and love to the ministries of of Lighthouse, and both consistently proclaim, "This is the church we have waited our whole lives to be a part of!"   (email Pastor Cary)

 

Ben & Christina Rosser, Our Youth Pastor

Pastor Ben & Christina have served the Lord in lay ministry for many years. Before coming on staff in September of 2011, Ben was already leading worship for our services for over a year, as well as leading a small group, and teaching as well. Christina is amazingly gifted in both heart and music! She has been serving the Lord in music pretty much all of her life and she brings a kind and giving heart to our youth ministry! Christina is also on staff at the University of Akron as a cello teacher.

During 2010 & 2011, they felt a significant change coming in their lives and it is exciting to see that God has led them into full time ministry, and even more exciting that God has led them to be our youth pastors! They bring a depth of heart, great skill and an amazing energy to the staff here at Lighthouse! E. Eugene & Mary Louise Meador, Our Teaching Pastor

Pastor Meador & Mary Louise have served the Lord in ministry for over 54 years. He has traveled to 32 countries, and they both have spent time overseas helping missionaries around the world.

They pastored churches in Oklahoma and Ohio. They retired from First Assembly of God in Akron, Ohio in 2001, where they had served for 31 ½ years. The Meadors have impacted the Kingdom in many facets, including leading other pastors, training & developing young men and women that presently serve as pastors and missionaries here in the US and abroad. They carry an expertise in finances, computers and overall church leadership and health.

Pastor Meador's greatest strength and gift is teaching! His insights and teaching style help every person know and grow in Jesus Christ. The Meador's add a great strength and wisdom to our Lighthouse Family and staff!  (email Pastor Meador)

 

Joan Marshall, Our Staff Secretary & Office Manager

Joan has served our Lighthouse family and our community for over 30 years. She has been a constant source of love, life, encouragement and so much more to every person! She is a true servant and adds much wisdom and heart to our ministry team. Joan and her husband Keith have been married for 43 years and enjoy one of the greatest loves stories ever. She is happiest when she is with her husband and when she serves the Lord!   (email Joan)
